What to include
To help us solve things on the first reply, please include:
- The email address you used at checkout, or your order number;
- The name of the book;
- What happened, and what you would like us to do (for example: resend my access, or refund my order).
Never send your full card number by email. We do not need it.
Refunds
Every title is sold with a money-back guarantee, with the period stated on the offer page and at checkout. Use the refund request button in your purchase with our checkout provider, or write to customer support with "refund" in the subject. Details are in our Refund Policy.
