These Terms of Use govern your use of blackstonedigitalapps.com, our companion apps and the digital and printed products sold by Blackstone Digital LTDA ("Blackstone Digital", "we", "us" or "our"), CNPJ 66.581.168/0001-46, São Paulo, Brazil. By using our site or purchasing a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.
Our products are intended for parents, grandparents and caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our products are digital: e-books, guides, videos and access to web apps. They are delivered by email and through your account shortly after payment is confirmed. Printed editions, where offered, are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, with shipping times shown at the time of purchase.
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless a different currency is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control. Where required by law, taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Digital products are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. If you have any problem with an order, please contact us first at [email protected]; we resolve most requests within one business day.
When you buy a digital product we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use it for your own family's use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute our materials, remove copyright notices, or use them for any commercial purpose. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Our books, guides and apps contain general educational information about parenting and family routines. They are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment for any condition. Every child and family is different. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or behavior, consult a qualified professional. Results described in our materials are examples and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms. We work to keep our apps available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; we may update, change or discontinue features over time.
All content on our site, in our products and in our apps, including text, design, images, video and software, is owned by Blackstone Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackstone Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Our site and products may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment processors and email providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of our site or products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
