1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of blackstonedigitalapps.com, the e-books published by Blackstone Digital LTDA under the Code of Obedience brand ("Blackstone Digital", "we", "us" or "our"), CNPJ 66.581.168/0001-46, São Paulo, Brazil, and the online reader accounts that come with them. By using our site or buying one of our books you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our books.
2. Who can buy
Our books are written for parents, grandparents and caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase.
3. What you are buying
Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, our products are digital: e-books in PDF and access to an online reader account. Access is delivered after the payment is confirmed: the PDF through our checkout provider, and the reader account instructions by email. We do not ship physical goods.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless a different currency is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, currently Hotmart, under its own terms. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control. Where required by law, taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. All purchases are one-time payments; we do not sell subscriptions.
5. Refunds
Every title is sold with a money-back guarantee, with the period stated on the offer page and at checkout, as described in our Refund Policy. If you have any problem with an order, please write to support@
6. License and permitted use
When you buy a book we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and use it for your own personal use. You may save the files and print copies for that use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute our materials, remove copyright notices, or use them for any commercial purpose. Keep your login details to yourself.
7. Educational content, not professional advice
Our books and reader accounts contain general educational information about parenting and family routines. They are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment for any condition. Every child and family is different. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or behavior, consult a qualified professional. Results described in our materials are examples and are not guaranteed.
8. Reader accounts and the AI assistant
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms. The reader account includes Sarah, an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are educational suggestions, not professional advice. We work to keep reader accounts available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; we may update, change or discontinue features over time.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our site, in our books and in reader accounts, including text, design, images, video and software, is owned by Blackstone Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackstone Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our site or books. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
11. Third-party services
Our site and books may link to or rely on third-party services such as checkout providers, email providers and hosting. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Purchases are governed by the terms in force on the date of purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
