E-books, guides, videos and app access purchased from Blackstone Digital LTDA are covered by a 60-day guarantee counted from the date of purchase. If the product is not what you expected, for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within that period.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product and its companion app is closed. Any files already downloaded must be deleted, as the license granted at purchase ends with the refund.
Physical books can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or refund the purchase, including shipping. For returns for other reasons, the book must be unused and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
If a product is sold as a subscription, this is stated clearly at checkout together with the billing interval. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The 60-day guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription.
If you do not recognize a charge from us, or something went wrong with your order, please contact us first. Charges from Blackstone Digital appear on your statement with the product or company name. We answer within one business day and can refund you faster than a bank dispute, which typically takes weeks. We are happy to help.
